I followed what is described here (it is written in Italian but I’m sure you can understand the main steps) but I got some errors compiling Tora like
tothread.cpp:190: error: ‘toThreadStartWrapper’ was not declared in this scope
so reading this Japanese forum (I cannot read Japanese so I just got the idea of the post) I crossed my fingers, wrote this tothread.cpp patch and the compile errors disappeared.
