What is a poser?

An old definition is

Someone who talks the talk but doesn’t walk the walk

There could be many reasons for being a poser, with the most common being

• the walk is over your head;
• you are too cowardly or lazy to walk the walk.

Reading the referers of this website, I found that someone reached it querying a search engine for

category theory dummies

So please, don’t go querying around silly things because Category theory is definitely not a poser affair.
